KFF – Ranch Brown and Other Colors

One of the most important things in my life is the Kerrville Folk Festival and other associated festivals. I have been a volunteer staff member since I was eleven years old, have made many life long friends camping out at Quiet Valley Ranch, the home of the festival. During the pandemic, with the cancelling of the festival that year weighing heavily on my heart, I was asked to help put together an art and activity to raise funds and spirits. This was the result. I did the layout and typesetting, as well as a a fair amount of the art in the book. It was put together using Adobe Indesign, and various other Adobe tools were used also.

Townes van Zandt played at the very first KFF in 1972. Yes, I did that illustration.
